"What was it Thomas Davis said: 'Where Tipperary Leads, Ireland Follows'?!"
(said very much in jest!)

Dylan Collins, Serial Digital Media Entrepreneur

imagine. create. inspire.

many people are of the belief that a niche is a...

...ready-made thing that can be stumbled upon with a bit of luck. In our view however, a niche is something that must be carefully crafted, with a lot of love and no little know-how.

after identifying genuine human needs, wants and requirements...

...which are not being addressed by other companies, we set about creating such niches. Only narrowly defined markets, which we excitedly believe we can leave an indelible mark on, do we ever enter. That is because:

1) We don't believe any company, never mind a deliberately small one, can be all things to all men and women, and

2) We believe Product Development must always be fuelled by exuberance and passion.

As alluded to above, we made an internal pact to do one of the hardest things an ambitious tech firm can do, and that is...

...stay small. The reason why? It's our honest belief that you need to be small to do big work.

And that is why?

Well, in our humble opinion, only teams, and not groups (who have different associated characteristics and behaviours) can create exceptional products that last the test of time, As the world-renowned Management Theorist Meredith Belbin states, if a team comprises of more than 6 individuals, there are simply too many present to allow Team Role relationships to form. And we very much want to be a finely balanced team who work together, for shared objectives, in a fashion that enables each individual to make a uniquely distinctive contribution.

asides from enabling us to place human needs and relationships first, we believe our...

< = > approach is extremely conducive towards creating high innovation levels. With a free-flow of information throughout our organisation, all of our team members have a significant input into differing aspects of the business. This coupled with our lean, agile structure (which aspires to provide perfect value to the customer through a perfect value creation process that has zero waste) allows us to generate more knowledge while spending less than larger organisations. This gives us a significant edge upon other premium quality designers not only in the creative stakes but in the financial ones, as they simply have to charge more.
