Here at Tailteann, we aspire to be understood by everyone we encounter. Not just the in the "in" group who happen to understand corporate or tech jargon but those in the "out" who don't. This means always describing things, regardless of their complexity, in a respectful, empathetic and open way that leads to full understanding.

This is the first step in our attempt to create an environment of warmth, trust and safe vulnerability where no one (not our team members, not our partners, not our customers - no one) is expected to be anyone but themselves.
I'M PERFECT IMPERFECT
At Tailteann, all project participants are first invited to get to know each other as people, and to gain insight into each others' personalities and working styles. This process is always supported by our own admission of mistakes, weaknesses and fears. Yes, you read that correctly: we make mistakes (we just do everything humanly possible to ensure they are all corrected pre-market), we have individual weaknesses, we have fears!
This facade-free approach encourages all to rid themselves of any anxiety, and to express themselves freely and truly. All of this, we feel, helps to create a place where safe conflict and safe confrontation can occur, a place where special things start to happen.
